The first results appeared after around 6 months at the middle management level, in the quality of the management meetings, the huge improvement of trust and cooperation needed in the various project in force in the company. I would add also that during the last quarter of last year we improved much more than expected the business for the first time since oktober 2008 when I joined Hungary.

Zsuzsannával a Robert Bosch-nál dolgoztunk együtt két alkalommal is. A cél az adott területen dolgozók önismeret fejlesztése, közös célok meghatározása, ill. a működés hatékonyságának növelése volt. Személyében egy igazi üzleti partnerrel dolgoztunk együtt: ismeretei a témában, hozzáállása a feladathoz, és az elkötelezettsége az eredmények iránt kiemeli a többi tanácsadó közül.

Trust, Alliance, Future, capture the essence of Zsuzsanna specifically and Aquilone in general.  All of my work with Zsuzsa (and Aquilone) has been based on that starting with our first conversation.  We talked about future ventures, solidified trust in each other, and formed an alliance.  And it continues. For example, we are conducting research on trust as we deepen our trust in each other by sharing experience, confidence, and remuneration.  Our alliance holds steadfast as we are confronted by challenges as we accept or deny opportunities.  The larger view of the future propels us forward.  As we learn from our business together we endeavor to share our experience of trust, alliance, and future will all who work with us.

Zsuzsanna provided me and my team a two-day training in the subject of assertive communication. Training was well organized with creative approach. She developed tasks to our needs which met very much to our expectations. Working with her was intensive and inspiring. Zsuzsanna has deep knowledge in subjects like training and coaching, and can find the voice with everyone. Training kept by her is practical and everyone can use technics immediately afterwards. Her personality is very mature, during the training she uses well her experiences from the past and colouring the work with good examples. Next time I will work with her again if my team needs training or coaching.
