We have been on the market for 14 years and during all this time people-centeredness and inspired work was our terrain. The main step of our company evolution was getting to know and working with the Teal operation. We published two Teal books by Frederic Laloux and as of today not only are we a self-managing workplace but most of our projects are related to this mindset as well. We are the only company in Hungary where you can find the know-how of the basque organizational development „brother”, and most likely we are the only ones who are so clearly committed to the evangelization and practical implementation of Teal. We know very well that in a VUCA world only our collective knowledge and the skills and solutions of people thinking well together will move us forward. But this way of thinking together comes with a price: a community, a group existing without fear. We work to solve lesser, greater or even global issues of our times with wise and brave organizations built on trust.
Today Aquilone is a very open and powerful place. Without conflicts but not without disagreements. A place where we can think together and experiment together in an honestly good atmosphere. We know each other’s weak and sensitive spots and we try to avoid triggering them by taking good care of each other. In professional questions, we honestly and directly express our opinion and we take feedback very well creating a safe work environment.
